Iโ€™ve been doing this method almost every day since I learned it from a 70-year-old master.

the heat and let it cool slightly.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and gradually add the cooled butter mixture, stirring continuously.
Slowly add in the flour, mixing until a dough forms. You may need to adjust the amount of flour slightly depending on the consistency of your dough.
Once the dough is formed, knead it on a floured surface for a few minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle or desired shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
Grate or crumble the cowโ€™s cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Carefully roll up the dough, starting from one of the longer sides, to form a tight log.
Cut the log into slices, about 1 inch thick, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, beat the egg yolk and brush it over the tops of the dough slices for a golden finish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese bread is golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your delicious homemade cheese bread!
Feel free to adjust the recipe to your taste preferences or dietary restrictions. Let me know if you need any further assistance!
