Β° 1 chop onion

3 garlic cloves, crush or press

Β° 1 t of tomato paste

Β° 2 tasp all-purpose flour and cassava flour

β€’1/2 c red wine

β€’2 cups beef broth

β€’2 lbs small yellow potatoes

β€’1 pound carrots, chopped

β€’2 bay leaves

Β° fresh parsley or cilantro

Β° fresh thyme
