Fire up your oven to 375ยฐF.
Grab an 11ร7-inch baking dish and grease it up. Then, spread out that chili evenly across the bottom.
Time to get hands-on with that pizza dough! Unroll it and slice it into four even strips.
Take your cheese sticks and cut โem in half lengthwise.
Now, place a hot dog right in the center of each dough strip.
Put a cheese stick half on either side of the hot dog, snuggling them up close.
Wrap the dough around the hot dog and cheese combo, making sure they overlap just a touch in the center.
Do this for all of โem!
Carefully place those wrapped hot dogs right on top of the chili in your baking dish.
Pop it in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until that dough turns a lovely golden color.
While itโs baking, melt your butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
Once melted, mix in the garlic powder and parsley for a flavorful blend.
Finally, once your dish is out of the oven, gently brush that garlicky butter mixture on top of the wrapped hot dogs.
