This is called “Garbage Bread” but it tastes like pure gold!

ground beef (one pound), mozzarella (one cup), and cheddar (half a cup).
onion, diced (half a cup)
minced garlic (two cloves)
bell peppers, sliced β€” half a cup
– 1/2 cup of black olives, sliced (if desired)
– Olive oil, measuring 1 tablespoon
Ingredients: – Two tablespoons of olive oil – Salt and pepper to taste – One egg (to make the egg wash)
How to Follow
First things first: get the oven hot, around 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
Second, sautΓ© the onions in olive oil over medium-high heat in a pan until they begin to become translucent. You can’t escape that aroma, I swear!
3. Brown the ground beef by adding it and breaking it up with a spoon. Along with the minced garlic cloves, add a pinch of salt and pepper.
4. Add the bell peppers and, if using, black olives. Then, sprinkle with the Italian spice. After a few more minutes of stirring, everything should be nice and cozy in the pan.
5. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle that is approximately 10 by 14 inches. This will help keep it from sticking. Rustic is excellent for the soul; we aren’t seeking perfection.
Sixth, top the dough with the ground beef mixture, being sure to leave a little border around the sides. Cheese is the binding agent that keeps life’s wonderful things together, so top with some mozzarella and cheddar.
7. Carefully shape the dough into a jelly roll by beginning with the longest side and pinching the ends together. Seam side down, transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet to facilitate cleaning.
