5. Cook the Crepes
Heat a large non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat. Once hot, lightly grease the skillet with butter or cooking spray. Pour approximately 1/4 cup of batter into the center of the skillet, then quickly tilt and rotate the skillet to spread the batter into a thin, even layer.
6. Cook Until Golden
Cook the crepe for 1-2 minutes, or until the edges start to lightly brown and lift away from the skillet. Use a spatula to carefully flip the crepe, then cook for an additional 1-2 minutes on the other side, until golden brown.
7. Repeat and Serve
Continue cooking the remaining batter, greasing the skillet as needed between each crepe. Stack the cooked crepes on a plate and cover with a clean kitchen towel to keep warm. Serve the crepes warm with your favorite fillings, such as fresh berries, Nutella, whipped cream, or savory ingredients like ham and cheese.
