CROCKPOT CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS

*ingredients:

°2 tablespoons of butter
°4 boneless chicken breasts or 6 skinless chicken thighs
°1 onion finely chopped
°2 can cream chicken soup
°2 mini packages Grand’s Jr cookies (10 cookies)
°Flour

* Methods :

Place the chicken, butter, soup, and onions in a greased slow cooker and fill with enough water to cover.
Close the lid and cook for 5-6 hours on high power. About 30 minutes before serving, dust each cracked cookie in flour (to keep them from sticking together), then place in a slow cooker. Replace the lid and let it cook for the remaining 30 minutes.
